3 Minute Process

This assignment was similar to the previous, this time had to shoot an hour of footage and edit it to 3 minutes. I altered this process by showing the chaotic process of a gymnastics practice. The use of cross cutting helps focus on the contrast between a gymnast's hands and feet - two very important elements....
